Our Focus

Met Cares Foundation partners with families, schools, and youth in North Tulsa to build leadership and expand opportunity. Together, we're creating stronger schools, stronger families, and brighter futures.

Parent and Family Organizing

We equip parents and caregivers in North Tulsa to lead inside their schools and neighborhoods. Through the North Tulsa Parent Alliance and our school-based Accelerate programs, families gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence to organize around issues affecting them and their communities.

Youth Workforce Development

Hometown Collective exists to cultivate leadership in North Tulsa High School students through 8-week summer internships and professional development training. Students will acquire professional and leadership skills as well as gain greater pride and build deeper connections throughout their communities.
